I agree to the processing of my data in accordance with the data processing clause under Art. 3 ICA and consent to goCaution, where necessary in the course of reviewing the application and handling claims, sharing with its risk carriers, other co-insurers and reinsurers, or with authorities, the data required to assess the risk and any claims arising from the application documents or from the performance of the contract, or obtaining the necessary information from them.
The data I provide may be used within the goCaution group for optimisation and marketing purposes, as well as for administrative simplification, including data such as name, address, payment details, customer profiles and contract data.
I expressly acknowledge that application data may be transmitted electronically via the public network and by email. I am aware that the public network may not be secure and that unauthorised third parties may therefore be able to view or become aware of this data. In addition, there is a risk that unauthorised third parties may alter the information while it is being transmitted.
Read the full privacy policyWe carry out a credit check to determine your ability to pay. It is an integral part of the application process and a basic requirement for obtaining a rental deposit guarantee. In compliance with all data protection requirements, we obtain debt enforcement and credit information from third parties, in particular CRIF and Creditreform. If necessary, goCaution may contact your landlord and obtain relevant information about you, such as your payment behaviour.
Consent to the credit check
You agree that goCaution may obtain relevant information from credit agencies, authorities and other third parties, in particular regarding your payment behaviour. This applies regardless of whether the contract is concluded. As the main tenant, you are required to inform any additional tenants who have entered into or will enter into the tenancy agreement with you about the application and the credit check. You may withdraw your application for a rental deposit guarantee at any time without giving reasons.
You also have the right to request from goCaution the information required by law concerning the processing of your personal data and may revoke your consent to data processing at any time.
